Returns
Due to the nature of our products (peptides, growth hormones, steroid powders, and research chemicals), we generally do not accept returns. However, we understand that exceptions may be necessary. Returns will be considered only in the following cases:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you, and we will cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Exchanges
